White boxes, Tube boxes, boxes for holding glass items

White Boxes

Use corrugated mailers for an extra level of protection made of  white corrugate, these super strong boxes have sides and flaps that tuck together to form a reinforced barrier to prevent damage to contents. In addition to their functional use, white boxes make an attractive presentation of your products. All   white boxes are shipped flat in boxes to keep them clean and damage free. 

Tube Boxes

Tube boxes are actually long rectangular boxes that perform the same function as a round tube. The sturdy box construction provides protection for cylindrical items such as blueprints, maps, posters, etc. There are no wrinkles, tears or frayed edges when shipping or storing items with tube boxes.

Boxes for packing Glass items 

These boxes  provide secure protection. The  foam inside these boxes cushions the content items from all sides to prevent shifting or breaking. These boxes  are ideal for shipping fragile items such as glassware, ceramics, delicate parts and sensitive electronic components.

Shipping Cartons             

                 Regular Slotted Cartons

Our shipping cartons are made from single wall corrugate. This corrugate is commonly used for most shipping cartons. Specify the size, we can make it.

Multiple Depth Cartons

The box is available in multiple depths. Pre-scored side panels allow you to vary the depth of the box to a dimension that better fits your needs. Call us for new sizes as we are continually adding multiple depth boxes to our stock line. Specify the size, we can make it.


Heavy Weight Shipping Cartons

For a box that can handle anything up to 95 lbs. of contents, consider using one of our heavy weight shipping cartons. Constructed of  corrugated board, these boxes also provide greater wall strength for extra protection from accidental bursting. Specify the size, we can make it.

Bin Boxes & Divider Bins

 A great way to save space while at the same time, increasing storage  capacity. Bin boxes hold small items, parts, etc. Use front panel for label to identify contents. Offered in two colors, brown and white.

Divider Bins 

Divider bins separate the bin box into sections for maximum use of storage space. Especially suitable for nuts, bolts, screws and very small component parts. All  bin boxes and divider bins are shipped flat in boxes to keep them clean and damage free

 
Variable Depth Book folds

Also called book wraps. Variable depth book folds are primarily used when shipping books, catalogs, magazines and even three-ring binders. All four side panels of a book fold have score (fold) lines at various depths to accommodate the thickness of the item being shipped. Simply bend the appropriate score (fold) lines for the desired depth.

Our book folds are in white and are constructed of corrugate.

Boxes for packing Video Cassettes

We offer possibly the largest selection of video cassette boxes in  Chennai today. Some of the boxes are designed for videos stored in a hard plastic case while other boxes accommodate videos placed in a paperboard sleeve. The  box can handle both case designs. Our video cassette boxes can hold from one to four cases or sleeves depending on the size and style of box. All boxes are in white.

Boxes for packing Compact Disks

There are three sizes of compact disc boxes. All sizes accommodate the jewel case. It holds one or two disks, another category holds up to six disks and the third holds up to 10 disks. The boxes are white in color. 

Boxes for packing Floppies

We offer two sizes and styles of boxes for packing floppies. It  holds one or two  floppies. Another category holds up to ten floppies. These sturdy mailers provide greater protection than conventional store packaging when shipping floppies. Both boxes are white in color. 

Corrugated Pads &  Bags

Corrugated pads are constructed of corrugate. Use corrugated pads when your packaging needs require rigid support and protection against dents and creases. Most suitable for flat items such as photographs, artwork, sheets of glass or plastic, etc. Small pads fit into most mailing envelopes. Large pads can be used to layer or separate the contents of a box. Corrugated pads also can be used to provide added protection and support on the bottom and top of shipping cartons.

Bags have an exposed corrugated interior design to cushion and protect your contents. The rigid exterior of a  bag resists folding, bending, and puncturing during shipment. Double fold corners and ends give extra corner and edge protection. Bags are self-sealing; no tape or staples are needed. Just fold over the end flap and press to seal. Made of tough, durable fiberboard, bags are ideal for protecting flat or relatively thin items.
